The deadline for registration has been extended to May 28. The deadline for poster presentations has passed. Please contact the organizers if you would still like to apply for presenting a poster. Submission for a contributed talk is no longer available.
Please register by completing the registration form, which can be found under "Registration" in the conference menu. After you have submitted the form, please visit the following link for the payment of the fee: Payment Portal. Before payment your registration will be "pending". Once we have received the fee payment, you will receive a confirmation of payment. In a separate email, you will within a few days (which we need for processing) receive a confirmation that your registration has been converted from "pending" to "completed", and your name will be added to the list of participants.
The registration fee is 175€ per participant. This includes the coffee breaks, the reception and the conference dinner. There is a reduced fee of 130€ for participants who are (PhD) students or individual EPS members at the time of registration. You are an individual EPS member if in the past you have signed up directly with the EPS and are up to date with the payment of your annual membership fees. Note that being a member of a national physical society which is a member society of the EPS does not mean that you are an individual member. We have a limited budget to support travel and local expenses for a small number of junior participants who otherwise would not be able to attend. They must have received their PhD degree no longer than 6 years ago and must have their contributed talk accepted for presentation by the conference organizers. If you would like to be considered for this support, send an email to Sigbjørn Hervik at sigbjorn.hervik@uis.no with the header "Request for Travel Support" after registering and submitting your abstract by April 18, but before paying the conference fee, making your case and stating what kind of support you are looking for.
Beware of scammers! We will not contact conference participants with offers of organizing housing or travel, and we have not authorized any individuals or agencies to do this on our behalf.
